Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. During my time as the project leader for the EU-financed project "Rolling Images in Business Startups" (2016-2018), I've helped over 1 500 youth - in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia - realize their ideas, form companies and creative solutions in an everchanging media landscape. I've written official recommendations for the European rural development fund and travelled all over northern Europe, building connections and hosting lectures.

Build it.
As the idea becomes a reality, it all comes down to the tools! At Yle, the Finnish public service broadcasting company, I built sustainable solutions for distributing news and current events through new media channels. We also found the time to manage coverage for the parliamentary election of 2019, create a groundbreaking sitcom for the Red Nose Foundation and host numerous events and festivals all over Finland. Procurements, strategies, production management and editorial work for the public and private sector - you name it, I’ve done it!

A sustainable product is agile enough to experience extraordinary growth. As a member of the Operative leadership at Foodora - that's precisely what I experienced firsthand when the COVID-19 pandemic hit Finland in early 2020. Successfully scaling our operations to accommodate for + 1 000% growth YoY earned me Delivery Hero's prestigious award "Innovative Hero of the Year", as well as invaluable insights and experience.

A deep-rooted understanding of business is, I believe, at the core of any successful venture regardless of its shape and form. While many have the tools to create strategy and communication, few have a fundamental understanding of your situation as the head of your company.
